According to the weather forecast, November 23 is cloudy. Light snow in the western regions, moderate snow at night in the Carpathians; temperature at night 3-8° below zero, during the day around 0°.
In the northern (except Sumy), Vinnytsia, Cherkasy regions, there will be significant sleet at night, in some places slush build-up, and in some places light sleet during the day; temperatures at night and during the day will be from 3° Celsius to 2° Celsius.
In the rest of the country, moderate, sometimes significant precipitation, mostly in the form of rain; temperature throughout the day is 3-8° C (8-13° C during the day in the east and southeast of the country); in Crimea, 8-13° C at night, 11-16° C during the day.
In the western, most northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, there is ice on the roads.
The wind is mainly northwest, 7-12 m/s, in the southern, eastern, most central and Sumy regions gusts of 17-22 m/s, at night in the south of the country in some places 25 m/s.
