Exchange rate on April 17: hryvnia fell again

The official dollar exchange rate rose to UAH 43.63, and the euro rose to UAH 51.42. In banks and exchange offices, the value of the currency also shows an upward trend.
The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official hryvnia exchange rate at UAH 43.6368/USD today, weakening the national currency by 12 kopecks per day, UNN reports with reference to NBU data.
The NBU also set the official euro exchange rate against the hryvnia for April 17 at UAH 51.4216/euro, weakening the hryvnia by 15 kopecks per day.
According to data from specialized websites:
- in banks, the dollar is traded at an average rate of UAH 43.46 for purchase and UAH 43.97 for sale, the euro - UAH 51.16 and UAH 51.89, respectively;
- in exchange offices, the dollar is traded at an average rate of UAH 43.65 for purchase and UAH 43.80 for sale, the euro - at UAH 51.40 and UAH 51.60, respectively.
