Ukrainian defense forces have stabilized the contact line in Toretsk, preventing the enemy from advancing beyond the eastern outskirts. Ukrainian infantry is effectively resisting the occupiers in urban battles, despite constant shelling.
Russian occupants remain in the eastern outskirts of Toretsk, Donetsk region, and the Defense Forces are not allowing them to advance.
This was reported by Anastasia Bobovnikova, a spokeswoman for the Luhansk operational and tactical group of troops, during a telethon, UNN correspondent reports.
When asked whether the Defense Forces had really managed to regain their lost positions in Toretsk, Bobovnikova replied:
