Details
Analysts have calculated that the Russians need to conduct 36 assault actions to achieve a gain of 1 sq km.
For example, the area of Kostiantynivka is 66 sq km. That is, they would need to storm one 'Konstakha' for half a month and do nothing else anywhere else. Under current conditions, concentrating forces on such a small area is extremely difficult,
It is indicated that the largest number of advances, namely 36%, occurred in the Donetsk region. In absolute terms, this is 53 sq km, which is almost half as much as in March and 6.5 times less than in December. Next is the Sumy region with a figure of 30%, which in absolute terms is 44 sq km. The Kharkiv region accounted for 22%, and Zaporizhzhia for 12%.
Also, the total amount of occupied territory in the Dnipropetrovsk region decreased from 105 sq km to 98 sq km. Over three months, the Defense Forces of Ukraine reduced the occupation zone by 89 sq km; at the peak in January, the enemy held 187 sq km of the region,
