Russian troops dropped explosives from a drone on a truck on the territory of the Krasnopil community of Sumy district, killing the driver. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, UNN reports.

Under the procedural supervision of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On the night of April 14 and this morning, Russian troops fired 6 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region. 33 explosions were recorded.
