Over the weekend, very warm air of African origin came to the territory of our country, with the average daily temperature exceeding the norm by 5-12 °C. Along with this warmth, dust is also transported from the northern part of Africa. It creates the effect of a foggy sky, and haze can be observed.
"According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, dust concentrations do not exceed the maximum permissible standards. This situation will remain in place in most regions over the next 24 hours, with rain forecast only in the west tomorrow afternoon. On April 3-4, it will rain in most of the country, and the air quality will improve," the State Emergency Service reported on Telegram.
