The service of closing a sole proprietorship in a few clicks is again available on the Diia portal. The process takes two minutes, and the tax authorities deregister you on the same day.
The service of closing a sole proprietorship in a few clicks is again available on the Diia portal, said Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology - Minister of Digital Transformation, on Telegram on Tuesday, UNN reports.

"Closing a sole proprietorship in a few clicks is back on the Diia portal. Submit an application in two minutes, and the tax office will deregister you on the same day, and the sole proprietorship will be terminated as soon as the Unified State Register is launched. No queues at the tax office and no lengthy inspections," Fedorov wrote.
How to close a sole proprietorship on the Diia portal
- log in to the Diia portal
- select the service Closing a sole proprietorship
- click Submit an application
- check the data and sign the application with a QES or Diia.Signature
"Diya is being restored, and everything is falling into place," said Fedorov.
