The Pechersk court extended the round-the-clock house arrest of MP Mykola Tyshchenko until December 23. The suspect in the unlawful imprisonment of a serviceman claims that he has not been summoned for interrogation in 5 months.
Kyiv's Pechersk District Court has extended the round-the-clock house arrest of MP Mykola Tyshchenko, who is suspected of unlawfully depriving a serviceman of his liberty in Dnipro, until December 23, UNN reports.

"The motion is granted. To extend the term of the preventive measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest for suspect Tyshchenko until December 23," the judge said.
During the hearing, Tyshchenko claimed that he had not been summoned for questioning.
"I have an extension of the pre-trial investigation for another month, after this month there are no more pre-trial investigation deadlines and the case should be transferred to court. Nothing has been done in 5 months. I was not even summoned for interrogation," Tishchenko said.
