What is the conflict about?
Prince Harry stepped down as patron of Sentebale in March 2025 after a public conflict with board chair Sophie Chandauka. He founded the organization in 2006 to help young people with HIV/AIDS in Lesotho and Botswana.
Harry's representative denied the allegations.

Sentebale also stated that the lawsuit is aimed at "protection and compensation for damages" after a prolonged conflict. Earlier, the British regulator found no evidence of bullying, but pointed to problems in the organization's management.
