Austria officially informed the Council of Europe of its readiness to join the creation of a Special Tribunal. The number of participating countries in the agreement has increased to 20 states.

Austria has informed the Council of Europe of its readiness to join the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the Governing Committee of the Special Tribunal to investigate the crime of aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
