Dear friends, we have taken another important step in restoring justice to the situation with Concord Bank. I have been officially recognized as a victim in the criminal proceedings against Oleksandr Zyma, Director of the National Bank's Legal Department
According to her, the criminal proceedings relate to Zyma's letter to the Deposit Guarantee Fund, in which he recommended that the interim administration introduced at Concorde in connection with the start of its liquidation withdraw the lawsuits filed by the bank's representatives against the NBU. It was about four lawsuits totaling almost UAH 63.5 million filed before the start of the liquidation.
We consider their withdrawal due to pressure from the NBU to be an attempt to deprive us of the opportunity to fight for justice, an attempt to deprive us of the right to a fair trial guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine
