According to the investigation, on July 24, at about 16:45, the Russian Armed Forces conducted an air strike on a private residential sector in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv.
Three people were wounded: two men and a 45-year-old woman. The injured were taken to hospital. At least six residential buildings, five garages, and three outbuildings were damaged. Three cars were destroyed
The Prosecutor's Office adds that under the procedural guidance of the Shevchenkivsky District Prosecutor's Office in Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to preliminary data, the Russian army struck the city with UMPB D-30 SN (unified interspecies planning munition, 30 cm caliber) from the territory of the Belgorod region of Russia.
