Third of the fighting is in the Pokrovsk direction: General Staff showed a map of hostilities

Yesterday, the enemy launched 116 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropping 184 KABs. In addition, it carried out more than 5,500 shellings, including 159 from rocket salvo systems, and involved 2,233 kamikaze drones for destruction.

"Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit nine areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, a command post, two artillery systems and three other important enemy targets," the statement said.

Situation by directions

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy tried four times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the areas of Vovchansk, Tykhy and towards Kamyanka.

In the Kupyansk direction, five attacks by the invaders took place yesterday. Our defenders stopped the assault actions of the enemy in the areas of Zagryzovo and Petropavlivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 24 times. He tried to wedge himself into our defense near the settlements of Yampolivka, Nadiya, Kopanky and towards Novomykhailivka, Olhivka, Novy, Katerynivka.

In the Siversky direction, the Defense Forces stopped five offensive actions of the invaders near the settlements of Bilogorivka, Verkhnyokamyanske and Ivano-Daryivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, two combat clashes were recorded yesterday in the directions of Predtechyne and Bila Gora.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 26 attacks in the Toretsk area and near Diliivka and Krymsky.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 69 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Sukha Balka, Kalynove, Oleksandropil, Zelene Pole, Lisivka, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Shevchenko, Uspenivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, Bogdanivka and towards Novosergiivka, Malinivka, Kotlyarivka.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy carried out 23 attacks yesterday near the settlements of Rozlyv, Dniproenergiya, Kostyantynopol.

In the Hulyaypilsky direction, the Defense Forces stopped one attempt by the enemy to advance near Privilny.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy tried nine times to advance in the Kamianka area and in the direction of Lobkovo, Stepovo.

In the Prydniprovsky direction, one combat clash with the enemy took place.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.

"The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue the operation in the Kursk region. Over the past day, the enemy launched 19 air strikes, dropping 23 KABs, carried out 247 shellings, of which seven were from MLRS. Ukrainian defenders stopped 29 assault actions of the invaders," the statement said.
