Patrol policemen detained two men who were firing a starter pistol in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv. During the detention, an acquaintance of one of the offenders tried to obstruct the police.
Two men opened fire in the Sviatoshynskyi district of the capital and were detained, UNN reports, citing the Kyiv patrol police.

Patrol policemen received a report of a shooting in one of Kyiv's districts. The applicant provided a detailed description of the perpetrators. After inspecting the surrounding area, the inspectors found men with weapons.
The citizens were behaving aggressively, so the patrol policemen called their colleagues for help and detained the offenders. They were carrying a starter pistol.
"At the time of the men's detention, an acquaintance of one of them tried to get into the police car, she was warned of responsibility for obstructing the actions of police officers and the men were taken to the district police station," the statement said.
Subsequently, administrative reports were drawn up against the offenders under Article 173 (disorderly conduct) and Article 178 (public drunkenness) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The court will decide on the case.
