According to the information, the man was found at Penn Station in New York.

Police received a report of a man at Penn Station with burns on his body. The man has not yet been identified.

The victim reportedly suffered burns to both legs and upper body.

He was taken to Weill Cornell Medical Center, and as of Friday evening, his condition was stable.  The man suffered serious burns, but they are not life-threatening.

It is not yet known what caused the incident.

The available information is still preliminary, but the joint investigation by the station police and the NYPD is ongoing.
