17-year-old FSB agent detained for trying to burn down the building of the TCC in Vinnytsia region

A 17-year-old FSB agent from Odesa, who tried to set fire to the shopping center building, is detained in Vinnytsia. The suspect faces life in prison for sabotage under martial law.
Law enforcers detained an FSB agent in Vinnytsia who was trying to burn down one of the TCC's administrative buildings in the region. He also planned a series of arsons in Zhytomyr. UNN reports this with reference to the SBU.
Law enforcers detained an FSB agent in hot pursuit after he threw a Molotov cocktail at the wall of a military registration and enlistment office and filmed the fire on his phone.
According to the investigation, the enemy agent was a 17-year-old resident of Odesa, who came to the attention of the FSB in the spring of this year because he was looking for quick money on the Internet.
A representative of the Russian special service offered a resident of Odesa to commit arson attacks on military infrastructure and vehicles of Ukrainian defenders for money.
After "test" tasks in the form of photography of the locations of the Defense Forces in the port city, the occupiers "sent" their accomplice to Vinnytsia region. There, the saboteur was supposed to set fire to the TCC building.
After this task, the saboteur was supposed to continue a series of arsons in Zhytomyr, the SBU said.
During the searches, the SBU seized a homemade incendiary mixture and a mobile phone, which he used to film the crime and communicate with the aggressor.
The detainee was served a notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (sabotage committed under martial law).
The offender is currently in custody. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
