A 65-year-old man was killed in the village of Radkove, Chuhuiv district, as a result of shelling. The occupants also attacked Kharkiv and Izium districts and Kupyansk, damaging residential buildings.

An air alert was announced in Kharkiv and the region after high-speed targets were spotted from the Belgorod direction. The Ukrainian Air Force reported two enemy targets moving southwest.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a project to provide rental subsidies to IDPs in 9 regions of Ukraine. The social standard for the area is 13.65 square meters per person, and the basic rate of mandatory payment is 30% of income.

An explosion was heard in Kharkiv, possibly outside the city. The air force warned of a CAB in the direction of Kharkiv, but city and regional authorities have not yet commented on the explosion.

According to juvenile prosecutors, 581 children were killed and over 1649 injured as a result of Russia's armed aggression in Ukraine. Most of the victims are in Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
