In Kupyansk, four people sustained explosive injuries as a result of hostile shelling. Residential buildings, educational institutions and private businesses were damaged, and police opened a criminal investigation.

The President has instructed to develop special tax conditions for border cities following the example of Kharkiv. It is also planned to expand international cooperation between communities and strengthen domestic support for the frontline areas.
