The partisan movement "ATESH" reported surveillance of an FSB facility in occupied Donetsk. The collected data is being passed on to Ukraine's Defense Forces.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the Ukrainian military continues to impose "long-range sanctions" on Russia. He thanked the units of the SSO, SBU, SBS, GUR, and Navy for strikes on oil refineries, ships, and tankers of the "shadow fleet".
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on the oil refining complex "Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat", the Afipsky Refinery, the area of ship transshipment near Gelendzhik, tankers, dry cargo vessels, and other military facilities of Russia.
