Air defense forces shot down 109 out of 133 enemy UAVs on the night of August 2

The Russians attacked Ukraine with 133 strike UAVs of various types. The defense forces shot down 109 drones, and hits by 24 UAVs were recorded at 19 locations.
On the night of August 1-2, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 133 Shahed-type strike UAVs (including jet-powered), Gerbera, Italmas, "Banderol" loitering munitions, and "Parody" type decoy drones from the directions: Oryol, Kursk – russia, TOT - Donetsk, Gvardiyske – TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. This is reported by UNN with reference to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Details
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 08:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 109 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types, "Banderol" loitering munitions, and other types of drones in the north, south, and east of the country.
At the same time, hits by 24 strike UAVs were recorded at 19 locations, as well as debris falling at 3 locations.
