Fires
In Chernihiv Region, a forest fire covering 350 hectares that broke out on May 8 has been liquidated. The fire was prevented from reaching residential areas, and there were no casualties.
In the Kharkiv and Zhytomyr regions, enemy drones damaged gas production and manufacturing assets. There are no casualties; a fire broke out at one of the facilities.
Due to a Ukrainian drone attack on May 7, a fire broke out at the plant and equipment was damaged. The operation of three oil refining units was suspended.
Due to shelling and severe weather, consumers in seven regions of Ukraine have been de-energized. A fire was extinguished in the Chernobyl zone; the radiation background remains within normal limits.
