Yuriy Hudymenko, head of the public anti-corruption council at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, stated that the Defence City draft laws unfairly exclude aircraft manufacturing enterprises.

The Ukrainian aviation industry, which possesses unique competencies, may not be included in the Defence City program due to strict criteria. This threatens the loss of a strategically important industry that produces components for military and civil aviation.

A package of draft laws has been registered in Ukraine to create Defence City, which will provide tax and customs benefits to defense manufacturers. The initiative aims to increase production volumes, but selection criteria may exclude some enterprises, particularly aircraft manufacturers.

The "VAKS decided" platform has collected original ways for defendants in corruption cases to hide bribes. These include books, packages, pea cans, and even a judge's robe.

Two helicopters, after repair, risk returning without armament due to the seizure of equipment assessed according to Russian GOST standards. The performing company is not allowed to carry out warranty repairs, which jeopardizes the combat readiness of the equipment.
