The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the destruction of the 67th arsenal of the Russian Defense Ministry in the Bryansk region. The warehouse stored ammunition from the DPRK and guided aerial bombs, some of which were stored in the open.

An oil port in occupied Feodosia continues to burn after an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The fire area has grown to 2.5 thousand square meters, according to the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian military has been given the opportunity to submit electronic reports through the Army+ app. The General Staff plans to expand the functionality by adding military training and new types of reports.

The Cabinet of Ministers has introduced new mobilization rules starting October 1, 2024. Commanders of military units will be able to call up volunteers without the involvement of the Military Commissariat, which should increase motivation and improve recruitment.

Traffic on the Kerch highway is restricted after the damage to the offshore oil terminal in Feodosia. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed the strike on the largest terminal in Crimea, which supplied the needs of the Russian occupation army.

In the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation, UAVs attacked several businesses. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out at one of the facilities, and one person received a shrapnel wound to his arm.

Over the last day, 97 combat engagements took place, the most active in the Kurakhove sector. Russia conducted 61 air strikes, used 630 kamikaze drones and fired over 3,000 times at Ukrainian positions.
