U.S. Special Representative Penny Pritzker met with Ukrainian officials to discuss economic recovery. Opportunities for U.S. companies and the importance of reforms in Ukraine to attract investment were discussed.
U.S. Special Representative Penny Pritzker and heads of American companies met with Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko . They discussed the possibilities of supporting Ukraine's recovery and the importance of reforms to attract investment from the United States, said US Ambassador to Kyiv Bridget Brink, UNN reports.

"U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery Penny Pritzker, executives from Amentum, Clayco Inc. and Westinghouse Nuclear met with First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko to discuss opportunities for U.S. companies to support Ukraine's recovery and the importance of ongoing reforms in Ukraine for U.S. private sector investment," Brink reported in X.
Svyrydenko herself called her meeting with US Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery Penny Pritzker "as productive as ever."
"We discussed the progress made recently in increasing our economic self-sufficiency," Svyrydenko said in X.
In particular, she said, it was about attracting investment and retraining personnel.
"The agenda also included the work of the Strategic Investment Council and the steps we have ahead, as well as the reform of public investment management and the mechanism for preparing projects, and joint work to make Russian assets work for Ukraine," the Vice Prime Minister said.
She expressed gratitude to Pritzker, "for her unwavering support of Ukraine.
