Security guarantees for Ukraine should make it impossible for Putin to seize Ukrainian territories in the future, NATO Secretary General Rutte said. The Alliance provides Ukraine with the necessary defense support.
Security guarantees for Ukraine must be such that they guarantee that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will never again try to gain a single square kilometer of Ukraine in the future. This was stated by Alliance Secretary General Mark Rutte during a briefing, reports UNN.
