US President Donald Trump confirmed that negotiations between the US, Iran, and Pakistan have begun, although he does not know how successful they might be, UNN reports with reference to AP.

When asked in a phone interview with NewsNation about how the talks would go, Trump replied, "I have no idea."
The US President said he would soon find out if he believes Iran is acting in good faith regarding a war settlement.
Trump added that the US knows where the mines were laid in the Strait of Hormuz and that the military is delivering equipment to neutralize them.
