A 4-year-old boy died in a fire in a private house in the Kyiv region. The other two children escaped - one hid in a firewood shed, and his sister was at school.
A four-year-old boy died in a fire in the village of Volodarka in Kyiv region, UNN reports, citing the State Emergency Service.

A fire in a private residential building was reported by neighbors.
Already at the scene, it became known that three children could be in the house.
Rescuers began searching.
As it turned out, the boy, born in 2019, was found by local residents in a woodpile before the rescue team arrived. He was scared but unharmed. His older sister was at school. The fate of another boy remained unknown.
"Unfortunately, after the fire was extinguished, rescuers found the body of a child born in 2020 on a burnt-out bed," the rescuers said.
The children's guardian was their grandmother. She left the kids for a few minutes to go to the store. The cause of the tragedy is still under investigation.
