The Time to Act, Unstoppable project empowers people with disabilities, injuries, and war veterans through sports and physical activity.

"Today we live in a new reality. In a society where veterans live. Many Ukrainian families have veterans in their families.

It is very important for the MHP-Community Foundation to implement and support such initiatives. And it's not just about sports, but also about adaptation and reintegration of veterans," comments Tetiana Volochai, Chairman of the Community Development Council of the MHP-Community Foundation.

There are 31 adaptive clubs in Ukraine where military personnel, war veterans, and people with disabilities can engage in sports and recreational physical activity. This initiative is an important step toward building a barrier-free space, caring for people with combat experience, injuries, and disabilities, says Matviy Bidnyi, head of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

"We plan to increase the number of adaptive clubs across Ukraine, as sports and physical activity help people in the rehabilitation process," he adds.

Andriy Rebryna, director of the All-Ukrainian Center for Physical Health "Sport for All," said that since the beginning of the year, adaptive clubs have already been established in different parts of Ukraine, and together with the partners of the Time to Act, Unstoppable project, there will be more.

"Thanks to the project, we will get 15 more adaptive clubs, and in the end, we will have 46 adaptive clubs throughout Ukraine. This is a very good and necessary initiative for our veterans," he said.

"We often cooperate with the Ministry of Youth and Sports in various areas. We support sports.

This project has become a cornerstone in our close cooperation. We work as partners to build such barrier-free spaces.

For MHP to the Community, it doesn't matter if you are from a city or a small village. Everyone is important to us. Together we do important things and together we go to victory," emphasized Oleksandr Pakholyuk, Director of the MHP-Hromada Charitable Foundation.

The Time to Act, Unstoppable social initiative competition is implemented by the MHP for Community Charitable Foundation and the Fedir Shpyg Charitable Foundation in cooperation with the All-Ukrainian Center for Physical Health "Sport for All" as part of the Active Parks project of the Presidential Program in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
