I had a great conversation with United States President Donald Trump. I congratulated President Trump on his birthday, and we discussed many key things in quite some detail, including, of course, peace. I wished President Trump success, primarily in his efforts to end Russia's war against Ukraine. I also thanked him for all the support America provides to Ukraine, and it is important that we remember each step of this support with gratitude, from Javelins to Patriots
The President added that he discussed with Trump what "can help bring peace closer now" and informed the American leader about the latest developments on the battlefield and how Ukraine's position has strengthened.
We agreed to discuss more during our meeting at the G7 summit. We have some good ideas that can help bring peace closer and protect lives. Thank you!
