In six regions of the Russian Federation, air defense systems were reported to be operating during the night of December 4. The loudest explosions were heard in Ryazan near a military airbase and in Novorossiysk.
Residents of the Russian city of Ryazan reported explosions in the area where an air base is located on the night of December 4. Explosions were also heard in Novorossiysk. Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the alleged shooting down of 25 drones over six regions. This is reported by UNN.

As Astra writes, the explosions in Ryazan occurred in the Dyagilevo area, where a Russian air base is based.

The governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov, reported that "the air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense shot down three unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of the Ryazan region. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties or destruction."
In addition, residents of Novorossiysk and the suburbs reported explosions, and the head of the city wrote about the work of air defense.
For their part, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that during the night, air defense forces allegedly intercepted and destroyed 24 Ukrainian drones. Six drones - over the territory of the Rostov region, five - over the Bryansk region, four - over the Belgorod region, three - over the Ryazan region, one - over the Astrakhan region, five - over the Krasnodar Territory.
