The Ministry of Defense explained how a recruiting center differs from a TCC

The Ministry of Defense is implementing the task of establishing recruiting centers across the country.
An army recruitment center is an ASC building where a person can come and ask all the questions they are interested in regarding military service. The task is to create a network of recruiting centers throughout Ukraine. This was announced by the authorized representative of the Ministry of Defense on recruitment, Oleksiy Bezhevets, during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN.

He said that the recruiting center was created in the civilian infrastructure, and this is how it differs from the TCC.
We have a completely civilian environment, i.e., it is a ASC building where people can come and ask all the questions they are interested in regarding military service. We are talking about the entire Defense Forces - not only the Armed Forces, but also the Defense Forces of Ukraine
He noted that in this way one can come and talk to recruiters to find a vacancy, understand where and in what specialty one can find oneself defending the homeland.
According to him, the task is to create a network of recruiting centers throughout Ukraine.
We are currently scaling up this activity as much as possible. Our goal is to create a network of such centers all over Ukraine, first of all, of course, in big cities, regional centers and further inland, so that people, regardless of where they are, can come and talk to a civilian recruiter without having to travel far

On March 15, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that a new recruitment center would be opened in Zaporizhzhia this week.
On February 23, 2024, it was reported that the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, together with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Oleksandr Syrskyi , visited the first recruitment center of the Ukrainian army operating in Lviv.
