The Defense Forces carried out more than 449,000 missions using UAVs in July — General Staff

In July, the unmanned systems of Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out more than 449,000 missions, which is 3% more than in June. The use of robotic systems increased by 41%, while the ratio of FPV drones stands at 1.6 to 1 in Ukraine’s favor.
The unmanned systems of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out more than 449,000 missions. This is 3% more than in June, UNN reports, citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

At the same time, robotic systems carried out more than 23,700 missions in July, which is 41% more than the previous month.
In addition, Ukrainian units carried out 376,000 missions using FPV drones. As noted by the General Staff, the ratio of FPV drone use is 1.6 to 1 in Ukraine’s favor.
The Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine are developing the area of unmanned systems primarily to preserve the lives and health of service members. The more missions that can be carried out remotely, the fewer people are exposed to the risk of direct contact with the enemy
