The government has appointed two new deputy ministers of justice. Also, three high-ranking officials were dismissed, including one deputy defense minister, and the dismissal of the head of the Nikopol district state administration was agreed, the government's representative in parliament, Taras Melnychuk, said on Telegram on Tuesday, UNN reports.

According to Melnychuk, the Cabinet of Ministers:

Assignment:

  • Mykola Kucheryavenko as the First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine; 
  • Svitlana Tereshchenko as Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine.

Dismissed:

  • Yevhen Horovets from the post of First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine; 
  • Yuriy Dzhyhyr from the post of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine; 
  • Volodymyr Trofymenko from the post of Deputy Head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.

"It was agreed to dismiss Yevhen Yevtushenko from the post of the head of the Nikopol district state administration of Dnipropetrovs'k region," Melnychuk said
