The book “School of Rhythm” was presented in Kyiv. The publication is a unique collection of exercises for teachers and music students, based on the development of neuroplasticity of the brain through native authentic folklore, UNN reports .

The book was published with the support of the MHP for the Community Charitable Foundation.

“The project that we developed together with Maria Pylypchak, namely the publication of the unique School of Rhythm textbook, is of great importance to our MHP for the Community Charitable Foundation. It allows us to establish ourselves as Ukrainians.

“The School of Rhythm touches the youngest Ukrainians because these books are based on Ukrainian folklore, on the one hand, and have a new approach to teaching,” comments Tetiana Volochai, chairman of the Community Development Council of the MHP-Hromada Charitable Foundation.

Among the features of the textbook are unique vocal exercises. According to the author, Maria Pylypchak, they will also be useful for ordinary schoolchildren.

In addition to the book's educational function, the speakers also spoke about its cultural value. After all, such collections are part of the modern history of Ukraine.

“Cultural memory is what we form as a community, as a group, as a nation. We choose what is important to us and create a common story about ourselves.

I would like to thank everyone: every person, every company, every charitable foundation, every benefactor for the fact that people, companies, foundations find strength, find resources, find time and opportunities to nurture culture,” says Natalia Kryvda, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.

After the presentation of the textbook, a master class on musical rhythm was held for everyone.
