Teenagers attacked and it was filmed – three boys in Liubotyn served with notices of suspicion

Law enforcement officers served notices of suspicion to three youths who beat up teenagers in Liubotyn, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported on Saturday, UNN writes.

According to the investigation, on May 21, at around 4:00 PM in a park in the city of Liubotyn, three youths aged 15, 16, and 19 attacked two teenagers from Kharkiv. The victims are 13 and 16 years old.

"The suspects fabricated a pretext for the conflict, claiming an alleged 'feud' between residents of Kharkiv and Liubotyn. The attackers struck the victims with their hands on the head and torso. The crime was filmed on a mobile phone. Subsequently, video recordings of the beating were distributed through public Telegram channels," the prosecutor's office stated.

Currently, under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, the three attackers have been notified of suspicion of hooliganism committed by a group of persons (Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
