On Sunday, March 23, Ukrzaliznytsia reported a technical failure.
Ticket sales through the application and website, online service ordering services and information services are temporarily unavailable
"Relevant specialists are already working to fix the problems," UZ added.
It is noted that due to problems at work, "Ukrzaliznytsia" reinforces additional employees of the morning shift of railway ticket offices at railway stations.
