The Russians destroyed 195 and damaged 1,480 Ukrainian medical facilities; 444 were fully restored and another 405 partially rebuilt, despite ongoing challenges.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russians have already destroyed 195 medical facilities, 1,480 medical facilities have been damaged. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, according to UNN.
Details
The ministry said that the medical infrastructure of Kharkiv, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Dnipro, and Kherson regions suffered the greatest losses.
It is noted that information on Luhansk region cannot be obtained in full.
In addition, the occupiers damaged 103 ambulances, another 253 vehicles were destroyed and 125 vehicles were seized by the occupying forces.

At the same time , despite the enemy shelling, Ukraine is actively rebuilding its medical infrastructure. Mostly, these are facilities that have suffered minor damage: broken windows, doors, damaged facades or roofs, etc.
So far, 444 medical facilities have been fully restored, and another 405 have been partially restored. Most of them are in Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Kherson regions.

The Ministry of Health added that together with partners, Ukraine is working to restore Ukraine's medical infrastructure so that, despite the war, the necessary medical care is available to everyone who needs it.
