Shooting over a remark: in Kharkiv, a man opened fire and damaged his neighbor's car

The 36-year-old Kharkiv resident was throwing things out of the window, and after a neighbor's remark, he fired a revolver in his direction and damaged the car. The suspect was detained, and the court imposed a custodial measure of restraint.
In Kharkiv, a 36-year-old man is suspected of hooliganism with weapons. The incident occurred on December 23 on Aerospace Avenue. This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, according to UNN.

A resident of one of the apartments was throwing things out of the window. His neighbor, who was in the yard, made a comment, to which the man responded aggressively. He then took a revolver and shot at the neighbor, and damaged the car by throwing an unknown object at it.
The police arrived at the scene and detained the suspect. The court imposed on him a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention.
The investigation is ongoing, and the suspect is charged with hooliganism with weapons (part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). It should be noted that according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
