The attackers are asking for media support through fake letters from proton.me mail. The President's Office has handed over data on cyber fraud to law enforcement agencies.

Fraudsters have started sending fake letters on behalf of the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov; information about the cyber fraud has been passed on to law enforcement agencies, UNN reports with reference to the OP.
Details
As reported by the OP, recently, the president of the Ukrainian National Federation of Canada, Yuriy Klyufas, received a fake letter. It contained a request from the alleged Head of the President's Office to "provide active media and information support" for the return of Ukrainian citizens to their homeland.
The letter did not come from an official address, but from a mailbox created on a commercial email resource: [email protected]. The letter bears a signature that does not belong to Kyrylo Budanov. All information about the cyber fraud has already been passed on to the relevant law enforcement agencies
The Office of the President urged everyone to carefully check email senders and not to trust suspicious addresses.
