Russians boast about a drone version of North Korean MLRS Type-75 on a robotic chassis

The first images of the North Korean Type-75 multiple launch rocket system, which Russian troops mounted on unmanned ground platforms, including the NRK "Courier" and "Impulse," have appeared online. This was reported by Defense Express, writes UNN.

The launcher was modified: the number of guides was reduced from 12 to 8, and electric drives were installed for aiming, allowing remote control. At the same time, the new chassis worsened stability during firing – after each launch, the system sways significantly, which means it has to fire single rockets.

The main drawback of the Type-75 remains its short range – about 8.5 km. However, the unmanned chassis allows the system to quickly advance into the "gray zone," fire a salvo, and retreat without risk to the crew.

Despite the reduced accuracy, the system remains dangerous due to the use of high-explosive fragmentation and cluster rockets. Experts believe that such a solution increases the threat at the front line, especially in areas where drones are actively used.
