Russian propagandist Skabeeva received new suspicions - SBU

The SBU has collected evidence of the criminal activity of Olga Skabeeva. She called for the capture of Ukrainian cities and the destruction of energy infrastructure, promoting this on the air of the "Russia-1" TV channel.
The Security Service of Ukraine has заочно informed about new suspicions to the Russian propagandist Olga Skabeeva, the SBU reported on Tuesday, writes UNN.
The Security Service has collected new evidence of the criminal activity of Russian propagandist Olga Skabeeva, who justifies the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine and calls for the seizure of our state. On the basis of the collected evidence, investigators of the Security Service заочно informed Skabeeva of suspicion under 4 articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine at once
- Part 3 of Article 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, which led to the death of people or other serious consequences);
- Part 3 of Article 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants, committed using mass media);
- Part 3 of Article 109 (actions aimed at the violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power, committed using mass media);
- Article 436 (propaganda of war).
According to the case materials, the figure is a member of the Kremlin's media pool, which uses it for mass dissemination of information and psychological manipulations in the interests of Moscow.
For example, it has been documented that Skabeeva has repeatedly called for the seizure of Kyiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and other large cities of Ukraine. Also, according to the SBU, she suggested that the occupiers' command destroy the energy infrastructure of our state in order to de-energize entire regions in the country. To this end, the figure agitated for the use of combined missile and drone strikes by rashists on key power generating enterprises, especially in the cold season, the SBU noted.
These and other theses Skabeeva, as indicated, regularly promotes on the air of the program "60 Minutes" on one of the leading mouthpieces of the Kremlin - the TV channel "Russia-1".
"The forensic linguistic examinations initiated by the SBU confirmed the facts of the Russian propagandist's information subversive activity," the statement said.
As the perpetrator is hiding from justice in Russia, comprehensive measures are underway to bring her to justice.
