The Prosecutor General's Office showed the consequences of the Russian army's missile attack on Mykolaiv, which killed one person and injured nine others, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, on March 17, 2024, the Russian military launched two missile strikes on the city of Mykolaiv, preceded by Iskander-M missiles. A man died as a result of the shelling. 9 local residents, including an 11-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy, sustained injuries of varying severity
As a result of the hostile attack, private residential buildings, vehicles, and civilian infrastructure object were damaged.
Under the procedural supervision of the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in the criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
