The intelligence noted that the party "United Russia", the organizations "Young Guard of United Russia", "Movement of the First", "Youth Army", "Victory Volunteers", the "Knowledge" society, the "Defenders of the Fatherland" fund, the "South Young" movement, as well as the "Patriot" and "Warrior" centers are involved in the implementation of this policy.
The Russian Orthodox Church, schools, museums, libraries, and other cultural institutions in the temporarily occupied territories are used for the total Russification of the population, the militarization of youth, and the imposition of Russian propaganda narratives on children
The GUR emphasized that such actions are part of the aggressor state's policy aimed at consolidating the occupation and destroying Ukrainian national identity.
