The Russian command is withdrawing combat-ready units from the front to prepare for the May 9 parade. Only wounded and inexperienced soldiers are being left at the positions.

The Russian command is massively withdrawing combat-ready troops from the front lines to participate in preparations for the May 9 parade in Moscow. This was reported by the ATESH partisan movement, according to UNN.
Details
According to the movement's agents, in the Kostiantynivka direction, trained soldiers are being withdrawn from units of the 4th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade and the 103rd Motorized Rifle Regiment and transferred to the rear for rehearsals. Meanwhile, positions at the front remain manned by wounded, exhausted, or insufficiently trained fighters.
ATESH notes that this leads to changes in tactics – instead of trained units, a large number of poorly trained soldiers are being thrown into attacks. According to their data, this causes a sharp increase in personnel losses and a drop in morale within the units.
The report also states that the Russian military themselves are discussing the situation as a systemic failure of the command, which prioritizes parade preparations over holding positions at the front.
