On Friday, representatives of rosneft are to discuss the sale of its German assets with the German government after Berlin imposed a trusteeship on the company's local units.
Representatives of the of the company rosneft representatives are planning to travel to Berlin on Friday to discuss the possible sale of German assets. This was reported by Reuters, according to UNN.

A Reuters source told the publication that representatives of the russian oil refining company plan to discuss the sale or other options for the transfer of assets with representatives of the German government. The meeting is scheduled for Friday.
The meeting will be the first after Berlin handed over local units of the company to rosneft, which which owns 54.17% of the PCK Schwedt refinery, into receivership, leaving rosneft the legal owner of the stake, but depriving it of the ability to exercise control.
There are currently no comments on the situation from the German Ministry of Economy or rosneft.
