Queues in kindergartens have disappeared in most communities - Ministry of Education and Science
Kyiv • UNN
The Deputy Minister of Education reported the absence of queues in kindergartens in most communities. The only exceptions are Kyiv, Odesa, and satellite cities.

Most communities in Ukraine do not have queues for kindergartens, said Deputy Minister of Education and Science Anastasia Konovalova on the air of a telethon on Friday, writes UNN.
Unfortunately, today in most communities of Ukraine there are no queues for kindergartens, moreover, kindergartens are not operating at full capacity.
She noted: "Of course, I am not talking now about frontline regions, where due to the lack of shelters, namely so-called underground kindergartens, full-fledged (places) where children can stay all day, access to in-person learning is impossible."
But in general, where in-person preschool education is not prohibited and is relatively safe, there are no queues for kindergartens, even in large cities. Exceptions are satellite cities of Kyiv or cities with a million inhabitants, as well as densely populated areas of certain cities, in particular Kyiv or Odesa, etc.
According to her, "the demographic situation is such that now we are just working on filling kindergartens where there are places with young children."
