Russian dictator Putin resorts to petty manipulations with numbers to paint a positive picture where there is none. The CPD claims: since the start of the invasion of Ukraine, Russia has been lurching from one crisis to another, and only Putin's decision can end this.
New statements by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin about the "stable state" of the Russian economy simultaneously amuse and shock Russians: when the real consequences of the war have become obvious to everyone, the dictator resorts to petty manipulations with numbers to paint at least some positivity where there has been none for a long time. This is reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (CCD), informs UNN.

The CCD points out that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has been living from one crisis to another.
"And only the end of the war against Ukraine, which depends solely on Putin's decision, can put an end to this endless cycle," the CCD summarizes.
