NBU exchange rate for April 10: dollar and euro are getting more expensive

The National Bank of Ukraine lowered the hryvnia exchange rate to 43.46 per dollar and 50.79 per euro. In banks and exchange offices, the value of the currency also showed an increase.
The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official hryvnia exchange rate at 43.4653 UAH/USD today, weakening the national currency by 9 kopecks per day, UNN reports with reference to NBU data.
The NBU also set the official euro exchange rate against the hryvnia for April 10 at 50.7979 UAH/EUR, weakening the hryvnia by 4 kopecks per day.
According to data on specialized websites as of 9:00 AM:
- in banks, the dollar is traded at an average rate of UAH 43.26 for purchase and UAH 43.75 for sale, and the euro at UAH 50.43 and UAH 51.18, respectively;
- in exchange offices, the dollar is traded at an average rate of UAH 43.43 for purchase and UAH 43.55 for sale, and the euro at UAH 50.70 and UAH 50.95, respectively.
