The Military Law and Order Service is investigating the circumstances of Roman Nasіrov's conscription to the Armed Forces. The materials will be transferred to law enforcement agencies to assess possible abuse of power.

The Military Law and Order Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is investigating the circumstances of the conscription of the former head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov, into the Armed Forces. The relevant order has been canceled, and the materials will be transferred to law enforcement agencies, the Military Law and Order Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Facebook on March 10, writes UNN.
According to the order of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Military Law and Order Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is conducting an official investigation into the fact of the conscription of former high-ranking official Roman Nasirov into military service during the trial, which was reported in the media
Preliminary, as noted, it was established that reserve soldier Nasirov R. M. was drafted into military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during mobilization for a special period. "The conscription of a conscript who voluntarily expressed a desire to serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was carried out by order of the combat unit commander A0139 dated April 7, 2025," the statement said.

"Materials of the investigation on the grounds of possible abuse of power will be transferred to law enforcement agencies for proper legal assessment in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine," the statement said.
At the same time, the Military Law and Order Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that military unit A0139 is subordinate to the Main Command Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "Its units, along with other military units, are directly involved in the fighting throughout the years of the Russian-Ukrainian war," the statement said.
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine are today waging a fierce struggle with the enemy for our freedom and independence - our heroes are giving their lives for this. Zero tolerance for corruption is being formed in the Armed Forces. Therefore, any actions aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian army will be severely suppressed," the Military Law and Order Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized.
