More than a third of the battles are in the Pokrovsk direction: the General Staff updated the map of hostilities

Over the past day, 161 combat clashes were recorded at the front, a third of which occurred in the Pokrovsk direction. Ukrainian troops repelled numerous enemy attacks in various sectors of the front.
More than a third of the 161 battles on the front line last day took place in the Pokrovsk direction, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in its morning report and showed a map of hostilities, writes UNN.

The enemy launched one missile and 91 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, used three missiles and dropped 162 KABs. In addition, it carried out almost 4,900 shellings, 100 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems, and involved 2,180 kamikaze drones in the attack.
"Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 10 areas of concentration of personnel and equipment of the Russian invaders," the report says.
Situation by directions
In the Kharkiv direction, our troops repelled three enemy attacks in the area of Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk direction, five attacks by the occupiers took place last day. The Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault actions near the settlements of Stepova Novoselivka and Zagryzove.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 17 times. Tried to advance near Hrekivka, Katerynivka, Novy and Kolodyaziv.
Four enemy assault actions in the direction of Hryhorivka, Bilohorivka and in the area of Verkhnokamyanske were repelled by Ukrainian defenders in the Siversky direction.
In the Kramatorsk direction, six combat engagements were recorded in the areas of Vasyukivka, Chasovoy Yar, Bila Hora and Kurdyumivka.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 18 attacks near Ozaryanivka, Toretsk and Leonidivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 58 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Kalynove, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Shevchenko, Zvirove, Udachne, Uspenivka, Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyarivka, Bohdanivka and Andriivka.
In the Novopavlivsky direction, the Defense Forces repelled 13 enemy attacks near Kostiantynopol, Rozliv, Dniproenerhii and Burlatske.
In the Huliaipilsky direction, the invaders carried out three attacks in the direction of Vilne Pole and in the area of Burlatske.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders repelled four enemy assaults in the areas of Stepove and Lobkove.
No combat clashes were recorded in the Prydniprovsky direction last day.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polisky directions.
"In the operational zone in the Kursk region, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 25 attacks by Russian invaders over the past day. In addition, the enemy launched 35 air strikes using 50 guided bombs, and also carried out 323 artillery shellings of the positions of our troops and settlements, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems," the report says.
